From what I've read, its still season 2 on the test realm so thats the only gear available. The rating requirements for current season arena gear is applying to Season 2 at the moment.

Some of the season 3 weapons, together with 2 pieces of the warlock season 3 was posted in the thread "2.3 Patch : Screenshot time !". But it has been removed now for some reason.. maybe they got more information and are putting it up nicely or something.
However, this link still shows 2 pieces of the warlocks vengeful gladiator set:
