Why this ptr error!?!?!

i been trying to copy my main all the time since the ptr 2.3 was online but i get this @%!/ error:

Only way around would be to wait for blizz to fix it, nothing to do so far...

Isn't that the error you get when the character copy is busy? just try again later

Yeha...Blizz reached his core testing player base....and this way, they keep everyone else to make less busy their server....

I'm trying to copy my char for a while, but still no luck...no fix!!

Copied over 4 characters on 4 accounts during this weekend. Just have to watch for xfers to open up.

We are still experiencing technical issues with the character copy servers that are severely slowing down the copy process. We are working on resolving these problems but do not currently have an ETA.
