so, is a hunters frost trap subject to diminishing returns? i couldn't find anywhere that says yes or no. plz help.

I don't believe frost trap has diminishing returns due to the way it works. If you're in the trap, you're slowed, if you're not in the trap, you're not slowed. If you're slowed when you're not in the trap, it's due to lag. On the other hand, Ice trap, I believe, does have diminishing returns.
