Enemy Cooldown Addon

Looking for a enemy cooldown addon which shows the cooldowns of counterspell, silence, spell lock, physic scream, shamans shock, grounding totem, things like that.

Not talking about my own cooldowns, but the cooldowns of my enemies, so I know when to expect a counterspell or a shaman shock for example.

And no, NECB doesn't show those cooldowns.

Tried it, it just doens't work =S
It doesn't show the things I want to let it show, and I don't have anything filtered out either.
Guess I have to do without then

Have a enemy target use a spell (Duel or something?) which has a cooldown and it will show. If it doesn't show for you, then it's a user bug.
