Anyone know if it Procs from Ranged?

The Off Hand has dropped 5 times now but not the Main Hand are CL has picked up one of them. But we are waiting for the Main hand so we can check it out!

But before he does does anyone if it does proc with ranged attacks!

Why would a melee weapon proc range?

it says melee hit on the thott description iirc..
even if it didn't it is still crap for hunters.
