I found becoming uncrushable to be a complete nightmare as a pala.

If you want to hit it fast, you will find that shield block rateing and defence rateing adds the most to the avoidance / uncrushability factor than any other stat.

You will constantly struggle with avoidance and stamina , alot of re - socketing and re - enchanting gear whenever you get a new peice .

Chillstream, looks like you're pretty close. Looks like you have a lot of higher end T4 and T5 items on you. Do you have any old gear form Karazhan by any chance? Between Moroes Lucky Pocketwatch and a tanking Neck, you can easily close the gap.

There's also really nice badge gear you can get now.

One recommendation I've see and would have to agree with is to not dust or sell your old tanking gear. You never know when an old item might work for you better to maintain your 490 def and 102.4% avoidance/midigation.

I dont see how your not uncrushable my gear is mostly kara and badge.

BTW With this current set up My head or shoulder slot is enchanted w/ +10 stam(until I find Naxx group for the enchant in there), as well as gloves and chest. All slots have +12 stam gems which unless I find replacement for armor piece they'l all be replaced by +15 epic stam gems. I started w/ all the gear on the listed post for 12.5 and uncrushable. IMO once you start there its easy to maintain it. Once your uncrushable just keep it and stack Stamina. I also have to increase my spell damage to keep up with high dps fights.

Also just FYI, dont know if its been mentioned but your not trying to get 102.4 avoidance but 67 is the magic number. As long as you have http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29388 equipped when you activate holy shield, you'll be @ or above 102.4. I've been @ as high as 107-108 with out any trinket dodge or block.
