    Penetration in PvE

Ive always wondered but never been informed as to if spell penetration does actually lower the resistances to spells on PvE mobs and bosses.
    Any information would be nice

Lag - Network related. High server response time, stop downloading.
Low FPS - Your computer can't keep up with the game - buy a better one

Dalaran doesn't lag (often) your pc just sucks.

Just because its a blue socket, doesnt mean you have to put a blue gem in it.

subtlety would be useful in that it keeps you under the tanks threat table.

Because they apparently fail and haven't gotten Subtley to cloak. Only way to go for Healers/Casters.

They are mages, don't need to worry about threat! :P
That or they use the same back for PvP.

Warlock curses don't work for nature *crai*

Penetration does have a noticeable effect on my lightning bolts in pve.

This ~1.2% additional aggro reduce (2% enchant, sdr/talent) won't make a big difference.
Normally you'll use Invisibility before you get that close (and that's not very often).

Penetration or Subtlety are both more or less usefull/less for mages in PVE.

So I prefered penetration, since it helps at supremus and the case there isn't a CoE up (WL dead, trashmobs, 10/5 mans etc).

What PvE, exactly? Last I checked the vast majority of 25-man TBC raid bosses have no spell resistances.
