Maybe I am confused...
64% base mana cost to raise a dead player? Why oh why. that means in a raid we need to drick after resing each person! I can see why it would be high if we could res while in combat, but since it is not, it will only result in slowing down recovering after a wipe.
Why not make it 0 mana if you can only do it out of combat. and just give it a longer cast time?
Please tell me that I am wrong and read the description wrong or something.
