Death Rune Mastery - Cooldown or not?

Hi there folks,

I have a question about the T3 talent "Death Rune Mastery".
Does this talent have a 3 min cd or not, because on the talent calculator here on mmo-champion it says 3 min cd but on the official blizzard calculator there's no cd. ???

yea i was wondering about that myself.
I would say go off the one from the blizzard site.
the talents were update yesterday morning or night bc it has the date and time on it.

Im in the beta and theres no cooldown mentioned on the talent. And yes - its very nice.

before the latest build i never noticed any cooldown, havent really played after the latest build so i dunno if there has been any change. Anyway, i frequently noticed several runes being converted to death runes at the same time, and several times, all my runes were death runes simultaneously:P it's absolutely worth the 3 points, unless they have/will add(ed) a long hidden cooldown.
