Charge in protection tree?

anyone else notice the charge talent in the prot tree? like wtf

Its probably a charge useable in defensive stance/Zerker stance like stated in the other post, It might just aswell be a mistake, Or maybe a charge useable out of combat. (Although the talent calculator states that it can not be used in combat, The list of talents does not include that part)
