spellhit rating needed when fighting 70 vs 74 mobs

well i plan to grind ep for when i get bored of the quest in the first zone and swap to the next zone. most likely there won't be many quests for me still being lvl 70.

so how much % spellhit / spellhit rating will i need to fight monsters 4 levels above me?

hint: I'll bet you're already geared to level 73 mobs (raid bosses) one level higher and you'll a bit more, but not that bad
