Anyone else notice this on Empowered Healing?

Just wondering if its a mistake listed on the talent calculator for the Empowered Healing where it goes from 8% greater heal and 4% flash heal to the last point 40% greater heal and 20% flash heal?

Does it really jump that much or is this a mistake? If its not a mistake - that's a hella jump for the last point lol =)

Considering i've never seen an uneven jump for any classes talents ever... I think you can safely say it's a mistake.

Calculator is correct for the 5-point talent.
