Hm, must admit that it didnt really work for me after today's patch, might be an addon messing it up.

idk if i still need a silence after i spec celestial focus and starfall on ptr
(i wanted my 3% haste and i end up with a wtf just happen button)
although i wish blizz would make sure typhoon works on ptrAll of Time and Space, Everything that has happened or will happened, Where do you want to start?
