If you are trying to ask: ''Are honor and arena points going to reset at WotLK''? then this is the answer:

Yes, arena points will reset once you get to level 71. But Blizzard hasn't yet stated if honor is going to reset, it might be tho.

I dont think your honor will be reset since you can keep your honor from lvl 11 till 70 now.

Yes, Arena Points are going to be reset.

Additionaly in Wotlk you won't be able to save up Arena Points anymore. Because each Season there will be a reset.
