The way I've been reading it, it looks like all outland herbs are at the same lvl in terms of milling. So, hypothetically speaking, could i lvl 300 to 375 with JUST felweed?

But to the OP, yes, you can level completely off of felweed for the 300-375 portion of your leveling.

He is trying to say it is the same kind of concept as Mining. You can level from 300-375 just by mining the one ore, adamantite. I'm not sure if that is correct, i think you may have to be a bit higher to mine adamantite, but yeah.

Totally off-trail...

First: Adamantite requires 350 skill in Mining to mine
Second: Adamantite (Bars) will not allow you to skill in BS from 300 upwards
Third: You're comparing apples with oranges. Mining is a gathering profession, while Insciption is a crafting profession.

You could say that you can level Herbalism from 300-375 with only Felweed, just like you can level Mining from 300-375 with only Fel Iron.
Or you could say that you can level Inscription from 300-375 with (milling) Felweed as main component, just like you can level Leatherworking from 300-375 with (Heavy) Knothide Leather as main component.
