BS - armorsmith - still gets meta socket?

Do armorsmith specialized blacksmiths still get the ability to add a meta socket to their chest, or was this an undelivered promise due to its OP-ness. Google is failing me in my search for this info.

Blacksmithing is largely incomplete at the moment. Only Mace Specialization is itemized at all and there is only the ability to add sockets to Gloves and Bracers at the moment. I hope that Meta to Chest is still in the works, that alone would make Armorsmithing viable.

It was never promised, so it can't be undelivered. It was simply brought up as a potential idea by someone, partly as an offhand comment. Far too much has been read into that comment.
