    Professions skillable from 350?

Going to give the question that, if answered the way people want it, will make everyone clap in their hands and require no other answers:

What professions will be skillable from 350 in WotLK? Post source if possible =)

    Alchemy?
    Blacksmithing?
    Cooking?
    Enchanting?
    Engineering?
    First Aid?
    Fishing?
    Herbalism?
    Leatherworking?
    Mining?
    Skinning?
    Tailoring?

And yes, I posted the secondary professions also =) no need to disguss them much, just in case someone has a source that states when we can start them in WotLK?

You can get to 375 "now".

    In 3.0.1, everything still 375.
    In wotlk, everything to 450.

He's wondering if you can level professions from 350-450 in northrend and lets you skip roaming outlands to farm for those annoying 25 skill points from 350->375.

Rumor says you can, and I certainly hope it's true, as I only leveled BS on my warrior to 350 in wait for the expansion.

I have also heard this. That the new patterns in WotLK will only require 350 skill to learn/create.

I'm at 361 Blacksmith, but I'm trying to level it to 375 in the next month, just in case the rumor is wrong.

I know for sure that blacksmithing recipes will start at 350 in WotLK and from what I've heard every other profession will get the same treatment. My suggestion for you is to head over to WoWhead to have a look.

The rumor is correct. I was at 360 BS when I got to Northrend and could level just using the new recipes and Northrend mats.

I doubt the gathering professions will start at less than 375 as they are easy to skill up. But the production professions do start at 350-360. You can go to wowhead to figure this out...

For enchanting for example, you can lvl up to northrend with trainer recipes only.

    http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?spell=33995 up to 365
http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?spell=44508 first Northrend recipe, you can learn it at 355. Uses Northrend mats.
    http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?spell=44584
    http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?spell=44484
    etc.

It's the same for every profession. If they don't do that, how can you lvl a profession on a deathknight if you don't have the rep to buy the recipes ? That's why they add recipes at the trainer at 350-355 skill.

    Re: Professions skillable from 350?

My suggestion is to get your professions to a minimum of 350 and use any TBC mats until 375 as much as possible.

With being able to skill up from 350+ in Northrend directly, there won't be a -HUGE- demand for the TBC mats, and the mats that you gather while leveling up in Northrend can then be sold or used for higher recipes.

    heyho!
but what about the rod, when skilling ench.?
doesn't that force you to go to 375, before starting with the new recipes?
