Dual Weild Specialization re-nerf?

Final Patch Notes say that Dual Weild Specialization is 1%/2%/3%. If that's correct then they nerfed it weeks ago and then returned it to 2%/4%/6% (calling that a buff) and now it's re-nerfed? The talent calculators still show 2/4/6. Anyone know for sure yet?

they also say that the int talent is 2/4/6% instead of 2/4/6/8/10 like it is on the beta.

buncha wrong things in those patch notes. mmo's notes are much better from what i can tell in comparison to the beta.

it was 5/5 on the ptr, and it is still in the beta.

i'm going to stick to my guns and say the patch notes are wrong.

blizzard has a track record for posting notes missing info or having incorrect info in them.

that post is for people who dont watch this stuff like hawks.

The best I can say is it was 3 talents for 2/4/6% as of yesterday afternoon on the PTR.

The blue post at that link does not say that the current patch notes are correct. You might be inferring that, but that's not what the blue said.

There's plenty of other outdated info on the patch notes, such as MW proccing from crits, and flurry only being 25%.
