Macro no longer working...

I know before 3.02 & even on the PTR I was able to have this macro

/cast [nomodifier:shift] Stormstrike; Lava Lash

now when I hold down shift it doesnt cast Lava Lash.

I use this type of macro a lot in my hotbars. Anyone know if the API changed in a way that prevents this type of macroing or if my syntax is just wrong somehow?
