Clueless noob is clueless.
WowAce don't offer any downloads. Their downloads are available from http://wow.curse.com , since the release repository is now curseforge.
No real point in linking the developer website, where you won't be able to download any addons anyway.
Also, Curse haven't been outdated for 3.0 since the after the CurseForge rewamp, allow the authors to easier update their addons, specially the WowAce ones.
Just remember to set the branch to beta if you're using the (new) Curse Client to download it with.

So, i draw for you:
1) Go to wowace.com
2) Find the add-on you want. (I choose Bartender4)
3) In the right side menu Actions click on Download.
4) Click on Download again and you get the file right from wowace, and no curse.
In my case, the link to file is:
http://static.wowace.com/uploads/18/...der4-4.1.2.zip
5) Go troll someone else, you don't know anything, idiot.

Funny, on my screen it says "Download from Curse"
Also curse is fetching from the repository, so if you can stop being a little angry kid and figure out how SVN works, you would just STFU and accept things as they are.
