So I know it's probably a little too late for this, well, probably way too late, but I figured why not put some more ideas out there.

The reason I added Transposition is mainly because of Rogues, or having to shift out and heal. Poisons are a PAIN as a Moonkin, and it requires a ton of mana to use abolish poison then shift back into Moonkin. This talent would give survivability and a little more mana efficiency for PvP.
The Typhoon change I made:
Typhoon: 26% of base mana. 30 yd range. 20 sec cooldown.
You summon a violent Typhoon at your enemy that does 400 Nature damage, knocking them back 10 yards. Any enemy target in the path of the Typhoon will also receive the damage and knockback effect.
So basically how this would work is:
X = Moonkin
Y = Enemy Target
Z = Random Enemy
~ = Typhoon
This is what it would be like from straight at a target
X~~Z~~Y~~
So basically it works like the old Typhoon
This is what it would be like from a target to your right
X~~
~~
~Z~
~Y~
So in other words, it would follow your current target.
This would make it much more useable against moving targets
