Prepaid time expired in beta

Anyone else having this problem? I logged into beta and it says my prepaid time on this account has expired and to go to account managment to buy more time. I have had a recurring payment method for 3 and a half years on this game and never used prepaid time. I can log into the regular game just fine but not beta. any suggestions?

Hope this helps... and I hope they fix it soon aswell.... You will also notice that alot of people cannot login / reply on the beta forums either!!

I've been able to log into beta without any subscription what so ever for the last month, guess some are just more lucky than other.
