Addons not working?

Ok so i downloaded new up to date addons, extracted them to the addon folder and none of them work. I dont even get the addons button on the character screen to select which ones to use. Any suggestions?

I have Windows Vista fyi

With vista your wow-folder got moved with the 3.0 patch. Look in C:\users\public\games.

wow they actually moved that folder in Vista? Thats pretty fail imo.
