    Scroll of enhancement? Enchanting question.

    so i was wondering how do you get enchants on those scrolls? ive seen alot on AH already but how? where? when? can you do that im confused please answer

    1. scribe makes vellum
    2. enchanter enchants vellum
    3. enchanter places enchanted vellum on AH
