If I do the 25 man Naxx instance, am I saved at all to the 10 man?
If I do the 25 man Naxx instance, am I saved at all to the 10 man?
I found the answer, but cannot delete my own topic.
(the answer is yes)
What?
I allways thought you can do the 10 and 25 version in the same week, not getting an ID for both, from just one.
Are you sure about this, or did I just misunderstand you?

I think it's no but would be nice to have an answer
Why would 10 mans share the same raid ID with a different raid?
There are different loot tables for heroic raids (25 mans).

If I do Heroic Slave Pens, am I saved at all to regular Slave Pens?
.........
Heroic version of Naxx is the 25 man and the Normal version is the 10 man. And yes you can do both in the same reset cycle.
This was stated a long time ago by Blizzard, the 10 man and 25 man are on different raid IDs
There's a tow fold reason:
1.) They are already two separate instances (as in, they don't contain the same mobs, each mob has to be programmed differently)
2.) It would take so much programming to make them lock each other, and store extra unused data on the server that it's counter productive to make them lock each other out.
dont know where you found that info but its wrong. on the beta I cleared 10 man one day and 25 man the next day while I was still locked out of 10 man. add to that bliz posters have stated multiple times that 10 and 25 man raids were on separate lockouts.Originally Posted by Synthos
