Is baron rivendare's mount still possible to obtain on current live? If it isn't do you have anything to support such claim?

Baron's mount got an updated droprate in 3.0, it now has a 1% chance to drop. So they aren't nearly as rare.

Yes, and also you have to wear the mark of the Argent Dawn and the mount is reported to drop only around midnight.

In order to get the 1% drop chance you must:

Be exalted with the Argent Dawn.
Done the run in the 45 min time.
Must have the AD trinket on.
Must be level 80.
No talent point can be used in the used in the run.
Can't have any other rare mounts.
Must have completed the AQ gate quest line.

i know sum1 who has done 600+ runs and still doesnt have it

Lets say your friend averages 38 minutes per run.
600 x 38 = 22,800 minutes = 380 hours = 15.833 days played time.

Point is, your friend has no life, and needs to go enjoy some sunlight.

The baron mount isnt even rare anymore
Since they upped the droprate i have seen 4 players with it, and before they upped it i had seen 1 (on another server), and i've been playing since april '05

I had the baron in BC run 354 times on my pally (Around 80 Pre-BC, but I wasn't counting then) for the mount. I even had a little sheet next to my monitor with the talley marks. The day they buff the drop rate, I get it in run 355.

I raided 2 years through sunwell pre-nerfs, and this by far is my favorite/most treasured item.

Last night a few guildies of mine were farming for theres, so I decided I would spend an hour or so trying, I did my first run by myself and nothing, my RL friend logs on and I tell him to farm mount with me but I get first one and we will farm his, second run I do it drops ^.^

Lol j/k...but I joined a guild back after running UBRS w/ the gm of the guild who had killed Drak 300+ (if not more) times before he ever got his rogue chest tier 0 piece.

I had a felstriker and both of the dal rends weapons on my rogue at 58

oh and I had the eye of rend as well

I would run around AV as well wrecking people in full t3 and the like

I'm going to go for the title "the Argent Champion" on my Paladin, so the way I see it, if I'm exalted with the Argent Dawn before I see the mount, it wasn't meant to be. Sure would be fun to get though!

Not done too many runs in my wow career, only about 50 and no drops, I stopped trying around a month aog. Im waiting until 80 before I go back to farm him again. (for the record im a lock not a pally so its still easy just not as easy

wasn't the old droprate something like 0.42%? Sorry but at 1% thats still a really low chance of it dropping and still luck/an achievement if you do have it.
