Canadianpimp over at the warlocks den maintained one for BC. Maybe he's hard at work again.
I use wowhead's filtering system with the following values (affliction)
SP 100
Hit 60
Crit 40
Spirit 30
Int 25
Stam 25
Haste 25
And I turn on gems. Each one point in itemization increase is 5 to 10 dps increase.

It's not a list as such, but as new gear comes out, it should be up to date. As to the validity of the calculations, I haven't spent any time looking into the math. Have fun.
