Skybreaker addon

Hi all..

So I've never made an addon, but I've got some coding experience.. and thought of a simple idea for an addon, just for fun, but not sure how to implement it.

I'd like to, every time I'm close to or land on the Skybreaker, for the airship music from Final Fantasy to play. Just for fun, I think it'd be cool. I know, totally useless.. whatever.

So anybody have any resources they could point me to on how something like this could be put together as an addon?
