Whats our Most effective DoT

I was just curious as to what other people casted more often. (compared to my rotation)

It's not what you cast most often that's the most important DoT, it's the one dealing most damage and scaling best.

Which is Vampiric Touch, hands down. It scales DIRECTLY with Crit, so on example Loatheb it ticks for over 3000.

After that, our secondmost important DoT to refresh, is Devouring Plague.

Holy Fire. I cast it twice as often as DP and 3 casts to every 2 of SW:P.

Im looking at it as not just the one that deals the most damage but the one that gives back as well (VT) and yah agree with Devouring Plague as our 2nd most important DoT to refresh.
