Arena season is coming in few days so am interested what specs are u going to use. So please give some links and discus. ;D

I'll be going into arenas with me and myself for points I guess... not really any good comps when your rotation is Trinket->Teleport->Healthstone->Release Spirit

i would think that if u really want to arena with a lock wouldn't best set up be like 56/15/0 for most survivabily SL/SL combo still in tact? Ill probably use this in the rare case i try out arenas

As a rogue i think warlock/mut rogue would destroy right now.
Load up one with dots and the rogue and fear the other one around, wait for trinket, blind and GG to much burst for the healer to handle while dealing with getting CCed.

As for double DPS mut rogues can grab prep now so they can reset if they get focused, and the rogue can just protect the warlock while they dot everyone up.

as it seems that i am the only one giving an anwer to the QUESTION:

playing destructionlock (0/18/rest with instantseduce)in arena with a moonkin. this little owl has enough things that prevent melees to get close to us and typhoon even pushes them away. used with skill cycloone, typhoon, seduce, demonic teleport, fear, shadowfury and roots (and what do i know its just too much) you can easily cc somebody while bursting the other enemy down. only problems we've had were with heal paladins. just survive the battle after bubble and youve won. they are so easy to keep cc'ed without it.

it may sound a bit theoretical but its really awesome we've already tried it. it works, dude, it works. but at the moment as a lock i wouldnt team up with a healer. you die too fast.

as a lock i have yet to play with the succi but that does sound very interesting especially with the boomkin, I'd like to try it myself

lock+healer in 2's just mana sinks the healer as they are in panic mode to keep you up. Did an experiment w' a naxx 25 geared resto shammy trying to keep me up through a rogue (2 sadistic friends/guildies) and he was balls to the wall on me. He was headed for oom fast. Flip the experiment and I unloaded on the rogue and he wasn't breaking a sweat. My dot dmg was linear and predictable...easy to anticipate and heal through. Plus it sucks when your haunt gets eaten by his totem....

Not to mention there was virtually no way to keep me AND my pet up. For now I'd only do arena on a lock as a weekly points farming. You'll need a stout team to carry you or at least get you some points. I wouldn't expect to be highly competitive unless blizz unveils some major changes before S5.

I will buy the blue pvp set with heroic badges and play as 54/17/0 with a discipline priest. I played with a priest on beta and it worked well.

Does he have like 800-900 hit then ? Good luck playing such a warrior in pvp / giggle
