Just wanted to post and say I love you rogues for being a rediculously imba/op partner in 2's.
- The Ret Pally.
I went 12-0 so far with it.. basicly this: if you fight a team with a healer in it, there is absolutely 100 percent NO WAY to lose, not an exageration, you cannot, its probably impossible unless you are both alt tabb'd looking at porn, infact you could still win then. Other rogue teams are the only weakness Ive had so far, but we have managed to beat them.

at the end of S4, a ret pally tried a "/2 Seek good rogue to rush 2050 tonight in 2s."
I answered... 3 hours later, we both had our S4 weapons... 1500 -> 2050, so easy...
and we are not pros, else we would have had S4 weapons before
I can't imagine that combo is no more viable, it's a bastard combo, with burst, survivability, cc, and anti cc capacities. Will be a very hard combo in S5 as well i promise.

Yeah, the ret pally brings offheals, the rogue brings cc and constant stuns. Both have very good anti cc/survivability and burst. Only strong counter to this makeup ive seen is either another rogue locks yours down, or a holy pally because bubble/bop can destroy your damage, and you can get screwed unless you can reset the fight right then.
go ret and spec 18pts into prot tree for imp hammer and you and a rogue can go to town on anyone.
right now everyone is in blues and old pvp epics with low hp and resil ratings so its easy for a rogue to stun a person all the way thru till their dead.
Having imp hammer can help with popped trinkets during rogues stuns and then you can use it again in 25sec. for the next person.
plus a pally can always throw a heal and put the other person under a 1min stun
ret / arcane mage is stronger. if your pally doesnt bubble the second that mage comes out of invisibility, your pally gets exploded.
