a bit low of hit .... you have just 4,97 + talent, it should be 8% + talent for dualwield

legs - switch reforging from HIT (deforge) and make mastery from haste (reforge) .... belt deforge haste, reforge hit ....

And for the love of god, please don't say anything about my hit rating being 5%. It is 5%, + 3% from talent. Which means 8%.

Your gear looks good, but I have some comments:
- hit only 7,98%, should be 8+, else your pet only has 7% hit. Pet damage is a big chunk of your damage, his hit should also be 8%
- too much expertise, you could reforge the one from Heart of Rage into Haste => this would help you gain more haste
- the 50 mastery on boots is not a good enchant (use 50 haste instead)

Talent wise, I don't understand why you took Hand of Doom, maybe you pvp in this spec. But in any case, Blade Barrier makes much more sens on the Blood Tree.

Just wondering if that +20 Str socket bonus is worth the two non-str gems you have in your pants? Seems you could go straight str and reforge your boots and ring for the hit and haste. But maybe I'm talking out of my ass, welcome corrections if wrong. Same thing with your belt also. Those socket bonuses don't really matter. And like the above poster who snuck in before me, you can reforge some of that expertise to hit where possible.

Good stuff, seems like ur doing a nice amount of raiding. Only problem I see is ur a bit short on Expertise, I believe what u gotta shoot for is 26, ur sitting at 18. Looks like ur progressing nicely.

change the 40 str gem in your pants to 20 str + 20 hit to gain the 20 str socket bonus (80str 20 hit > 80 str) after that change the 40 hit gem in you chest to 20 str + 20 hit and you'll gain 20 str overall without loosing anything. Everything else looks fine but you are a little short of hit on gear, maybe think about buying http://www.wowhead.com/item=58180 as it is bis pre hc anyway. So you could change the bracers enchant and gain some more haste by reforging the excess hit.

to the guy above me, maybe gem at least the hc parts? sorry but hard to say anything to raw gear.

Your missing a belt buckle, and you could reforge the mastery on one of your rings to something more useful (Since your unholy)
it would probably be a good idea to get the pvp weapon too because weps make up alot of damage difference

enchant legs: leatherworking embossment 190ap 55 crit
feet: 50 haste or 50 hit depending on if u want to reforge a little
bracer: 65 haste
gloves: 50 str
chest: 20 stats

When doin pvp you need to reforge away all your expertice as much as posible, you gem with str+resi or pure resi gems as what I can ssee you're doin it. You reforge into haste and you get 5% hit as close to it as posible.

Enchants should be all the +str enchants you can find the 70spell pen on cloak and haste on the rest.

You can get haste on boots gloves stats on chest ekstra slot on belt

there is prolly more but that should get you goin.

You got a little bit of excess Expertice. Perfect amount of hit. But you seem to be doin the correct reforging.

You should NEVER gem anything but pure str unless you get aleat 20str for the socket bonus. Or unless you need it for the upcomming Meta gem with str.

You are missing out on some encants as well.

Good gear, hit and expertise right where it should be (Hello Method) - I can't really figure out anything I'd change. Maybe something in order to get Epidemic, but then again that might not be that useful because of Howling Blast and Rime (I'm not that good at Frost DPS - I'm 2h as offspec in preparation for 4.0.6, during which I'm going to figure more stuff out).

I'm respeccing from fight to fight, the 20RP deposite is usefull if there isn't any interupts anyhow.
there are 3 different specs I run with Endless, on a pale horse and RMP al depending on the fight. But yes it is a valid point you are making.

The gem/meta enchants change would gain me 89mastery and I would loose 10str and 54crit. When looking at EP values this is very close to the same, and I'm just gonna wait on the new metas and not waste changing a malestrom enchant.
