What enchants are wrong?

Cloak should be 22 agi and gloves should be 44AP
15 str is only better than 35AP for a fuy warrior as they get 36AP from it, no other class scales strength high enough to make 15str > 44AP

Actually haste > agi on cape and str sims higher than AP.

Your 15 strength scaling with the 3% from your talent, and 10% from kings nets you 33.9AP. Last time i check 44 > 34, no?

You need to look at the stat weights, Str has a weight of 3 and AP is 1. So 45 > 44.

Obviously it's close.

As you said, shoulder enchant should be fixed. You have 500 (!) hit, that should be lowered. Weird gemming, considering putting a Inscribed Ametrine in yellow sockets with strength bonus is better then gemming full out strength. (You have none.)
15 strength on gloves is better then 44 AP.

Get those things fixed and it's starting to look good.

Good Gemming, Good itemization. Correct build for your gear. Bit low on expertise for my tastes (I'd go for around 15-16, personally), but otherwise you're in much better shape than I am.

Strict 10-man guild. Hit rating gear is EXTREMELY scarce in 10-man, and expertise on gear is over-abundant.

I'm using the DPS-cloak because of the hit and exp (I used to be starved on Exp) :P

23 haste and 15 str.. the dif is around 5dps so its not so important..

You shoud try the new frost sub spec, its def better.. anyway 9/10
