Spell icons centered when cd runs out

Hi, i'm a prot warri since wotlk and i'm missing one addon i've seen in some videos (quite long ago). When an ability was ready to be used its icon was visible in the middle of the screen for a short time(and transparent). Now with my warrior i'd like to have something like this, because i hate watching my cooldowns on the bars when i should watch the fight/boss

Cooldowntimers 3 does the same thing also has bars for ability and item CD's
