Need a buff display addon

Something very specific I want to do but I just don't know what mods out there support this.

Here's what I want:

2 vertical columns (preferably in separate frames). One column for buffs. The other for debuffs.

The only thing that is displayed is the buff/debuff icon with a xx:xx timer directly underneath. If I want to know what the buff/debuff is called, I can mouse over it for a tooltip.

Possibly a 3rd column (once again, preferably in its own frame) for permanent buffs or buffs that are active until cancelled, such as auras, mounts, etc.

Does anyone know of a mod such as this?

Don't use Wowace anymore. They don't support updated addons. The most current version is on Curse.com.

As a side note, use Wowmatrix for keeping addons up to date. It's not a keylogger, trojan, etc. In fact they protect you from such malware.

Because it's not icons, it's bars. And since he asked for small buttons with nothing but timers, he'll spend forever trying to mess with EBB to make it work. I hate buff BARS >.<.
