I've noticed that mine is a bit, "tall" but I'm guessing that it's acceptable due to it's small with.
(and that it hasn't been modded by admins.......yet)
(Its my "old"-ish clan name, I dare you to figure out what it means)

(Edit#2: I finished resizing it, I lost some quality but it's more or less the same)

Well, I guess it makes sense if you're browsing a lot of posts, but most forums I browse have limits of 400x200. I'll miss all of the large shiny sigs people had.

Image issues fixed for anyone wanting to change theirs. I actually made a sticky in a forum i moderate because of people using ridiculously large signatures where their sig took up more space than their posts.

As you should obviously be able to guess, that doesn't fix anything.
It just displays it smaller, but the actual file size of the image is still the same. Which is part of why the limitation is there.

Actually, display size is the main issue here. You can have a fairly dimensionally large signature that is still well under 500k in size. If you limit it's dimensions via img height=100, it should be fine -- so long as its filesize is fairly small, for better load times overall.

the regular size of sig is about 600 length and max 64 height

I usually do mine 350x120 (W/H) and maybe 400x120 but that's rare.
