I have been lookin around on the forums and can't seen to find a post with this, I know its out there and I am just being lazy, but would someone please just toss up the Percents that spell and melee hit need to be at to cap them.
Spell, Melee special, and Melee White (which I know is pretty damn high)
Specials is 8%, spells is (I think) 17%, and dual wield white is 27%. If you're dual wielding though, I'd probably not make it too much of a point to stack hit beyond the spell hit cap personally. The stats can go towards other things at that point for my 2c.
Of course talents can modify those a little bit, like Virulence in Unholy.
