I still have no idea why blizzard came up with a druid flashheal and a glyph that turns HT into one at the same time.

Like others said, you only get Nourish at level 75 or something. If you want a flash heal before that this glyph is a decent way to cover this. Not that I ever really missed a flash heal but...
In the end, thats what glyphs are for, customizing your spells to your needs in ways neither talents nor stats can cover. It just so happens that most druids aggre this one in particular isn't really that great to use in endgame content unless your guild seriously lacks priests and paladins.

Probably to counter DK's in arena, thus, making PVP encroach more and more into PvE. I dont even bother with arena lol.
