Frosty CE pet

Guess it was not added to the notes unless I missed it... but he is now MUCH smaller, around the size of normal whelps, and looks a little less cartoonish. However I liked my over sized whelp=/ I hear the BC pet was scaled down as well, I'd figure this would actually make the patch notes see these pets are the reason many people buy the CE.
