What should i do to have higher dps?.For now i prefer staying frost as i like to pvp from time to time.lately i started raids and i dont like my dps very much.Currently iam doing 25man raids for batter weapon as mine sucks.

this, also run some heroics, and replace your trinkets
get pve gear and reach the hit cap
regem and re-enchant your current gear, stam enchant wont do you any good at all if you wanna improve your dps
and yes do pray to god, as its gonna take some time

2. Use emblems from Heroics and 10 mans to purchase the Plush Sash of Guzbah, Ward of the Violet Citadel, Sundial of the Exile, as well as the T7 gloves and chest.
3. If you are staying frost because you like to pvp, don't expect to do well when you pve. If you want to raid and do well, respec into a raiding build.

I really think that you should go do some reading of your own. Go to elitistjerks.com and read up on their mage forums. Google up a program called "rawr", and learn how to min/max your own gear. It will pay off in the long run if you go out and learn what you need to do on your own instead of relying on others to give you all the answers.

What gems should i use ?I made changes to my gear(gems) and did a respec.

I also tried playing with the aplication. Please let me know if there are any more quick changes i could perform and thank you for helping out

ones that will help you reach the hit cap for starters

though it'd be a waste of time and gold regemming you current pvp gear untill you get pve gear

My main isn't a mage but I'd have to say arcane tbh.

Arcane is sweet for raids(atleast in my experience)and is also very good in PvP, hence all the QQ about arcane mages.
