Yeah, pretty much.

Pray that you get 5 combo points by the time Rip expires.

If your TF is ready, Bite, use TF, and build fast combos again.

depends if your other buffs are going to expire as well or not.

Sit, let energy regen until have to re-apply rake or mangle, savage roar and do so then.
TF should never be sitting off cooldown unless random happenstance has it coming off cooldown in a situation like this.

Randomness was exactly what I was referring to :P

Anyway, if you have a high enough crit, there's usually time to throw around a Bite in these situations. If it's a too close call, refresh SR and gogo.

imo just refresh rip and do 1 or 2 more attack to get 3 - 4 CP and thne refresh SR since it has same effect as 5 CP only shorter
