The Blue Menu on left of screen has broken Forums links

They are missing "index.php" in the url. Ex: http://www.mmo-champion.com/?board=22.0

This makes the main page reload instead of the forum page. At least on Safari. But when I add the index.php it loads properly. It started happening a day or 2 ago.
