Righteous Vengeance in PvP

I recall when they changed Righteous Vengeace to being a dot, they said it wouldn't break Repentence.. So wtf? This doesn't even seem worth spec'ing into for pvp.

Didn't they say they decided to remove that.. "feature" due to balancing reasons?

I must've missed that.. that's retarded though. They remove one of our CC's, potential ways to heal ourselves back up because they wanted to lower our burst by giving us a DoT instead of added crit damage... Pretty stupid reasoning, imo.
