    Undying rule?

    do you have to be present for every boss to get the title?

    No.

    If a raid ID goes without any deaths to bosses, they could sell a spot to another player and that player would receive the title if no one died on Kel'thuzad.

    You can die on 4horsemen as long as you have nuked down Baron Rivendare.

    effectively giving people the oppurtunity to buy their way into ruining your undying.

    If someone is selling undying, it's probably because 9/10 already have it. It's not a bad way to make gold.

    You wouldn't bring someone as the last spot unless everyone already had the title, surely.

    People buying titles, like people we used to sell war bears to, can and will find a way to die on every boss.

    Make sure they pay beforehand ;D.

    Always collect payment before service rendered in cases like this.
