I love it. Are you using a heavily edited version of GW UI?

Sexymap for the minimap and Weakaura's for everything else.
I do draw the lay-out in PS then export it in separate elements so i can adjust the final result more easy. The most time consuming is setting up keypress, onclick and mouseover events to get highlights/effects when mousing over.

Oh that arcane mage custom UI looks amazing! I would love to have something similar for frost mage

Here's my pride and joy for classic anniversary (and Mop classic). Completely custom-made with weakauras, Shadowed unit frames, dominos, Sexymap and Grid2. I've always loved the warcraft 3-look, so I tried to emulate it without being too obstructive.

F×ck this thread is going to be boring now that WA is dead. No more custom GUI since I have no clue how to build it outside of WA. I do understand the philosophy but this is very sad.

We'll see, I don't have high hopes. They were pretty clear.
I’ve been working on a custom 12.0 UI, not an easy task, lots of trial and error. I disabled WeakAuras and started building new standalone addons with ChatGPT’s help, all following the updated 12.0 API rules. Right now, one addon loads all art assets from a dedicated folder, and in-game I can adjust size, position, and alpha; drag, move, lock, hide, or show elements; and set load conditions like party status, pet presence, or combat. There’s even a save button. Took me about 6 hours to get this far. I’m adding new options step by step and continue to test.

Work in progress, figuring things out on the Beta when its up. Starting with a fairly clean setup first with working custom art for most of the skills.
Got everything working, mouseover glows, spell-cooldown and radial swipes were hard to get right. Everything and its mom is a secretvalue on fhe beta and you can't do any math with them. And Void Ray greying out when not at 100+ fury when not in Meta was a super nightmare. In the end I found 1 event that helped me do it, everything else related to fury is secret.
But got it in the end and zero LUA errors. Currently working on formating player and target text.
It would be great if we could get an official lua documentation for 12.0. Testing events and values over and ober aint fun.
