Been a while since i've posted so i figure i'd give you a preview of what i'm running with (and still tinkering with) now.

Target + Party + Buffs/Debuffs showing + Castbar



Weakauras (note that the buffs/boss auras never have that many active so the overlap on frames is irrelevant)


Boss Frames + Bigwigs


Arena Frames


Notes:
*the frame to the right of my player UF is focus
*Still looking for a good quest log, loved Sohra but it doesn't have a progress bar tracker for the tanaan daily stuff (that i know of)
*not entirely happy with the debuff tracking on party/boss/arena frames. I'll eventually get around to adding the 2px spacing that's uniform throughout the rest of the UI
*for clarity sake, my debuffs are anchored under the pet frame appearing left to right, the personal cd weakaura runs right to left, yes i know it looks like they will collide but that RARELY ever happens.
*boss frames / party frames collide sometimes, haven't had a chance to rethink it yet. I don't really touch 5 mans anymore so i only just found it.
*still want to fix skada so that it fills the frame to a 2px gap, but it's being a dick.
*UI really isn't as memory intensive as the datatext lets on, my TSM is just a monster
*yes i see the minimap icon, it was an oversight.
*still need to fix up font placements in a few of those weakauras
*(rant)WHY ARE MY SCREENSHOTS SUCH CRAP QUALITY(/endrant)
*Big-ups to Tohr, skullflower and anyone else i've forgotten for all the elements i've stolen and butchered

1) I kinda like that, actually.

2) You can modify the jpeg quality via /console set commands or add this to your Config.wtf:
SET screenshotQuality "10"

Alternatively you can just set screenshotFormat to png or something else, too.

Also looks like Trade has been humorously misspelled on your chat tabs.

I think you can create your own ElvUI edit by using the Elvui Plugin Framework. If I understand that Framwork correctly, you can create an Addon (elvui plugin) which holds your config and 'transfers' it to Elvui, which then creates the Files in your WTF Folder.
There is a detailed Forum Post over at tukui.org on how to use the Plugin Framework.

However, the less elegant but easier way of sharing your WTF folder should be fine. (If you're willing ofcourse!)

http://pastebin.com/ZRseBe7Z link to the weakauras shown, the skin is just elvui addonskins. My buffs/debuffs + Target buffs/debuffs are all done with Raven and changed my boarders to black.

Some minor changes for bear.

Tried mimicking Arborus's UI, and this is my first test run. Few things I notice that need changing already: target debuffs wrapping the wrong direction, focus frame font not set, I don't have a target of target frame, stagger debuff not blacklisted from Raven, Blizzard boss frames not hidden. Not quite sure where I want my raid frames, and I haven't even touched Vuhdo yet. The never ending pruning of a UI.

I enjoy this layout for raiding. Well done and thanks for the inspiration.
