recently back to game, reassemble my UI
general appearance style from Auroa, heavily modified, unitframe from FreeUI, also heavily modified, cooldown/proc/aura are made of Weakauras

Not to sound rude or anything, but i can totally relate to the creative posters here stop uploading images. If one goes back several hundred pages it feels like people actually talk with each other on how to improve their UIs and take notice of changes and Ideas other people put into their work.

Sadly it appears that all other UI-related threads in forums are dead and sites like wowuigallery are offline and theres no interest in reviving.

It just appears that some posters here just want to get the UIs instead of showing their version or improving what they already have..

lol, I even had one guy pm me via YouTube channel to demand that I incorporate an ElvUI like options/config menu to a random throw-away UI that I did, so I gave up too!

i mean, it has the cog next to the minimize button, which elvui doesnt have, unless its some elvui plugin adding it.

So I’m looking for advice. The last time I made a UI was back in the Cata era and I haven’t really done anything but ElvUI since.

What would be some of the more updated and easier addons in terms of customizability but not needed to code?

Overall I want a minimalistic design but also be suitable for higher Mythic+ and raids. Thanks in advance!

WeakAuras is the best bet for a high degree of customizability for display effects (to warn of a proc, a spell cast you want to interrupt, a DoT timer, etc) without needing to code. There's a bit of a learning curve, but doing simple things in it doesn't take long to figure out--how much you need to learn scales with how complicated the effect you want is.

some updates with a new font. i'm actually getting some insanely bad fps lag with this ui, worse than with my other bloated elvui setup. dunno what the deal is. too many scripts or something. moveanything was lagging the crap out of me also.
