I enjoy seeing how other people set up their UIs and I use it as a source of inspiration to improve my own. This thread has helped me refine my UI countless times and I hope that players continue to post!

Here's my UI. Restoration Druid in 25 man mode with some photoshopping to show where my raid announcement timer is. I like a clean UI with no visible action bars and all relevant information centered and under my feet.

For my unit frames, I use Pitbull for Player, Target, Targetx2, and Targetx3. Not shown is my Quartz cast bar which sits in between my personal health and mana bars.

For my raid frames, I use Grid, GridIndicatorCornerPlus, GridStatusHots, GridStatusLifebloom, and GridStatusMissingBuffs. I like information to be as condensed as possible. The top left corner consists of Regrowth (Bright Green, Fades to Dark Green), Rejuv (Bright Purple, fades to Dark Purple), Wild Growth (Bright Teal, fades to Dark Teal), and Aggro (Bright Red). I prefer to use a simple color fading to let me know the status of the hot as opposed to timers simply because I don't want dozens of numbers rolling on my raid frame. The Top Right corner will display only if the player is missing MotW or GotW and so in a normal raid this spot will always be clear. The Top Center Text is reserved for Name and Deficit and the Bottom Center Text is reserved in priority of Deadly Debuff (Slag Pot, Frost Blast, etc), 40 Yard, Lifebloom Stack Timer (1.Red, 2.Yellow, 3.Green), Offline, and Dead. The Bottom Right and Left will always be clear. The raid frame is outlined in Purple if they are cursed and Green if they are poisoned. The raid frame also lights up when I have it selected.

My important cooldowns sit above my raid frames thanks to CoolDownWatch. Right above this are important timers from DBM and above that are my personal debuffs.

For my key bindings, I use BindPad for Regrowth, Rejuv, Swiftmend, NS/HT, Innervate, Rebirth, Decurse, Abolish Poison, and Barkskin and Clique for Lifebloom (right click). I also have Bartender4 for misc action bars which are visible when hovered over.

Misc addons I use include ElkanoBuffBars (left hand side), simpleMinimap (top right), prat (bottom left, not displayed), and Bagnon/Recount (bottom right, not displayed). I use MikScrollingBattleText with my incoming heals/damage scroll on the left to the left and outgoing damage scroll on the right.
