I remade my UI today, changed some stuff from the "Lui" package, and am really liking it.

Change the Health bar background color or what ever, if you think its hard to see your health but dont EVER install Xpearl, you seriously sadden me man

You have borders around everything else but the chat-box, why is that?

Personally, I'd put borders around that too for consistency, but then again, I have horrible taste, hehe.

Nice UI, though

edit: and it seems like the box/border around your target frame is larger than the player frame and the target's target frame is not perfectly aligned in the middle of the player+target frame...just a heads up

An Artwork addon such as KgPanels can normally do that, providing you have suitable images to use, but that specific one is actually from a UI compilation called Spartan UI which consists of Unit Frames and a lot more.
In that image they seem to have been replaced by X-Perl, but the artwork remained.

Edit:
Misinterpreted - the Bars can be rearranged through an addon such as Bartender / Dominoes etc, I was too used to answering questions about the artwork itself.

Put your aura buff on the top middle of your screen, faded out only fading in on highlight, and put a nice BF skin on it..

Buffs and debuffs are often called "auras" - this is how WoW refers to them in the coding, and it's how many addons refer to them as well.

Not the most helpful description them being called auras, due largely due to paladins having their own "aura" mechanism, but that is correct yes, and once you get into unit frames, or the buff/debuff displays which start to offer advanced options then you will tend to see them described as such.

Having a 1280x1024 resolution makes it difficult for a clean, uncluttered UI. I've gradually been improving over time.

Made by me, I tend to be one of the people who see someones UI and say, "I need that addon". so it may be a bit crowded for some. Buttons are in the middle because I click on my dk, yeah yeah keybinds are faster, blah blah. I do just fine like this and I have a really bad habit of being stubborn.
