Additional Stats on Item Screenshots

I bet this is the wrong board, but it's the best I could think of and the search couldn't help me.
On all(?) of your screenshots of the items there are additional stats in parantheses like how much % the absolute value of hit rating will give you and the item level and so on. (I guess you know what I mean)
I wonder if this is some kind of addon or if you manually add this to the screen (well you never know what some people do).
